This reference is to women who are ambitious and reach higher that are held back, meaning they are judged (by both women and men) as being less likable for exhibiting traits defined as masculine such as ambition!

  4. Ground your breakthrough by identifying new ways you can begin to show up in your life and the new choices, expectations, decisions, behaviors and structures that you can create to support your success.
