The program was a wonderful opportunity to learn alongside other leaders in the non-profit sector. The focus on reflection both by myself and with others deepened my learning and allowed for greater perspective taking. These discussions also highlighted some similar experiences while also allowing me a greater understanding of others’ work environments. Debriefing our successes and strengths together was very affirming as was knowing that others in the group may have faced similar challenges or concerns.
